CD Developers has announced the opening of bookings for Sano Bharyang Housing at Sano Bharyang. Spread over 18 ropanis of land, the project offers 40 houses. According to the company, central location right beside the ring road near Swayambhu with peaceful environment is the unique selling proposition of the project. The company boasts that these houses offer luxury while adopting earthquake resistant technology.
The price of the houses starts from Rs 17.5 million to Rs 40 million. “We have got 70 per cent bookings for our newly launched project in a week,” said Shambhu Phuyal, General Manager at CD Developers. He further added, “Goodwill of the company and central location right beside the ring road, four-kilometres away from the core city has led the demand for our products.”
The major attraction of the project is Swayambu Stupa and it is near Vanasthali School, Sainik Hospital and College, Balaju Bhatbhateni. The two and a half storey building is available in eight different models with the flexibility to modify as per the client’s need and demand.
“We have given unique design models of the houses in this project to suit the taste and class of our clients,” he said. According to him, they are also offering flexible facility with adjustable land and building area as per requirement. The minimum land offered by the company is 3.5 annas that can go up to nine annas. The built up area starts at 1,500 sq ft to 3,500 sq ft. The company plans to handover the project in two and a half years. Phuyal informed that the majority of their clienteles are businessmen and people who opt to live in a planned community.
For bookings, customers need to pay Rs five million, 40 per cent of total cost after the contract is signed and the remaining amount on installment basis within two years. The contemporary style building will have a minimum of three bedrooms. As per the requirement of customers, the company offers flexible design for dining, kitchen and living room while they also allocate other rooms on request.
The project will incorporate enough green space and a community centre for functions. There will be 24 hour treated water supply and security system. For common areas, there will be solar street lights. The community will be facilitated with proper drainage system, telephone and electricity services.
According to the company, the project is approved by the Kathmandu Valley Development Authority. The houses incorporate basic vastu sastra.
