Nepal Property Expo 2008- from December 27 to 28, 2008- was organised in New York, USA by First Kathmandu with the joint effort of Himalayan Herbal Garden Inc, America and Guna Colony. Houses with a value of Rs 25 lakh to flats costing Rs 16.5 million were kept in the exhibition for sale. The bookings were beyond expectations and the response was overwhelming.

Nepal Property Expo 2009, Sydney, Australia
First Kathmandu Pvt. Ltd. organized a two-day Nepal property Expo, Sydney '09 at at the Sydney Showground, Olympic Park on 20 june 2009. The event was inaugurated by H.E. Mr. Yogendra Dhakal (Ambassador of Nepal). The local organizer was Newa Enterprises, Sydney, Australia and Guna Colony, the associate partner for the event.

Nepal Property Expo 2009, Kathmandu Nepal
After the grand success in New York, USA and Sydney, Australia "Nepal Property Expo 2009" held in Kathmandu, Nepal. The expo provided platform to integrate the largest number of real estate developers, real estate agents, bank & financial institutions, insurance companies and service providers along with elaborated details of their organizations and services.

Total of 55,000 people visited the expo, which witnessed bookings worth over Rs 5 billion.
