CG Properties introduces 71 villas including row and standalone houses at Sunakothi

CG Properties Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of CG Holdings, recently launched ‘The Villa’ premium luxury villas at Sunakothi, Lalitpur. Spread over 26 ropanies, the project will have 71 villas including row and individual houses. Boasting about exceptional home designs, the company offers homes to satisfy every practical need with all modern comforts utilising space to the optimum.

“We ensure quality on both structure and interiors with no compromise,” said Abhishek Goyal, General Manager at CG Properties, adding that these are the unique selling propositions of the project. Talking about customers’ response towards the project, he said, “We were surprised to receive bookings for 75 per cent of the project on the launch day itself. Hence, we have closed bookings till Tihar.” He further added that the buildings will comply with the latest national building code and will be earthquake resistant. He informed that the project will have adequate green space.

Just a five minute drive from Satdobato, the company offers four house models — Ruby, Pearl, Opal and Sapphire to choose from. Ruby houses have four bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room, five bathrooms, puja room, maid room, and a balcony with total built up area of 2,148.42 sq ft.

Meanwhile, Opal has four bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining, five bathrooms, puja room, a balcony with total built up above 2,100 sq ft. Similarly, Pearl offers four bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room, three bathrooms, puja room and a balcony, whereas Sapphire has two balconies with same specification. The price of these houses start at Rs 10 million up to Rs 20 million depending upon size and specification.

“There is a huge demand for affordable residential housing and we are overwhelmed by the growing demand,” said Goyal. Citing that there is a huge gap between demand and supply in the real estate market, he said, “The real estate sector is gradually regaining its lost momentum due to which projects get sold out immediately after the launch.”

Each building will be two and a half storey and have modern designs. The built up area depends on the type of building that starts at 1,449 sq ft up to 2,148.42 sq ft. Row housing is available at 2.5 annas to three annas whereas standalone houses are spread over an area of four annas to six annas.

According to the company, there will be an exclusive garden space and car parks, private terrace and branded luxury fittings. The Villa emphasies on renewable energy with solar powered common area lighting.

It also offers treated water supply to each villa, underground water tank of 8,000 litres to 10,000 litres capacity and security at doorstep makes the project a pinnacle of luxury.  Furthermore, the project will have facilities like round the clock CCTV surveillance, emergency power backup, telephone, cable television and internet services.
