CG Developers has announced the opening of its mock unit at CG Hills, Hattigaunda. The mock unit is a K UP (kitchen up) model, one of six different models that are available for booking at CG Hills. The mock unit was completed so that everyone could experience the ambience and atmosphere that a CG Hills home will have to offer.

Situated 2.2 km from Narayan Gopal Chok in the northern part of Kathmandu, CG Hills will feature a total of 53 stand-alone houses on an area of 20 ropanis of land. The two-and-a-half storey houses will have three bedrooms, two family lounges and a living room each. There is also a provision for customised setup for people having different requirements. As of now, 14 houses are under construction at CG Hills.

Apart from houses, CG Hills will also have a swimming pool, fitness centre and community hall. According to CG Developers, prices at the housing colony start from Rs 6,500 per sq ft to Rs 8,500 per sq ft. People can buy houses having a built-up space of 2,095 sq ft to 2,301 sq ft. The company also offers easy financing facilities to buyers and provides a discount of 10 percent to those making full payment purchases.
