Downtown Housing, one of the leading housing developers in the Nepal has announced rental guarantee offer on its projects, Downtown apartment located at Dhapakhel, Lalitpur and City View Apartment located at Bhakhundole,Sanepa. Details on offers are given below:

Downtown Apartment
In this scheme, if a client invests on downtown apartment worth Nrs. 24.84 lakhs for 1 Bd., he will be promised a return of Nrs. 18,000/- per month as a rental guarantee. Where as if he invests Nrs. 42 lakhs for a 2 Bd. , he will be getting Nrs. 28,000/- per month and an investment of Nrs. 60 lakhs for a 3 Bd,, will guarantee Nrs. 40,000/- per month of rent. The only condition that applies here will be the 100% cash payment.

Cityview Apartment
In this scheme, if a client invests on an apartment worth Nrs. 80.60 lakhs for 1 Bd., he will be promised a return of Nrs. 43,000/- per month as a rental guarantee. Where as if he invests Nrs. 97.31 lakhs for a 2 Bd. , he will be getting Nrs. 58,000/- per month and an investment of Nrs. 1.22 crore for a 3 Bd,, will guarantee Nrs. 87,000/- per month of rent. The only condition that applies here will be the 100% cash payment.

During the construction period of the apartment, effective from April 2012, a free accommodation will be arranged to the NRNs on their visit to Nepal with a pick up and drop facility from and to the airport.
