Civil Group announces bookings for the Civil Luxury Residence at Bagdurbar in Kathmandu .The new property is touted as Nepal’s first luxury residence that offers 5-star services. The 11-storey building will feature a “family tower” targeted at nuclear families, “premier tower” targeted at senior citizens and “corporate tower” targeted at corporates.
Civil Luxury Residence will offer room service, personal care, nursing care, sauna and gym facility, dipping pool, shopping and laundry services, among others. Moreover, families and guests residing in the building can also have buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner like that in a 5-star hotel.Civil Group is investing Rs 3.5 billion for the 132,000 sq ft property spread six ropanies of land. It would hand over the apartment units to the buyers within the next 27 months.
Promoted as five star hotel, this property will have 35 two and three-bedroom apartment units in the family tower which can be acquired in super built-up areas of 860 sq ft to 3,394 sq ft. Similarly, there will be 123 single bedroom apartments in the premier tower with a built-up area of 289 sq ft to 809 sq ft.Meanwhile, the corporate tower has 81 single bedroom apartments with a built-up area of 343 sq ft to 844 sq ft.
Other features of the luxury residence are buyers can rent out the apartment units. A team that will manage the residence will take over the charge from the owners and return rent to the owner if they wish to do so.A fully-furnished apartment would cost from Rs 9 million to Rs 20 million.
