Legal

The land for Road is transferred in the name of Nepal Governmnet. Open Space allocated at Imadol project is i.e. 6.45%.
Ownership Transfer
The ownership will be transferred in the name of the client at the time of handover after the whole payment is received. The ownership will include the transfer of land as well as the building.
The registration amount will be the total sales value of land and building. Building Naksha and completion certificate of building will be transferred in the Name of Client at the time of handover.
