Roadshow Real Estate will open bookings for its standalone housing as well as apartments in Pokhara from Saturday.
Under the Dip Housing Project, the company said it will begin accepting the bookings for 108 individual standalone houses and 36 apartment units.
The company has set the prices of the standalone houses between Rs 14 million to Rs 17.5 million and the apartments cost around Rs 4.5 million each.The overall project extends in an area of 62 ropanis (1 ropani is equal to 5,476 square feet).
Moreover, Suman Kumar Gurung, officer with Rodesh Real Estate, said the company has also launched a number of schemes for customers.
SCHEMES
Under the first scheme, the company said it will hand over Kia Rio or Punto car to the customers who book the houses with cent percent down payment. As an alternative, customers making cent percent down payment at the time of booking can also seek 5 percent discount along with Hyundai i10.
Likewise, the company has said it will hand over a Suzuki Alto to those customers who pay 50 percent of the price at the time of booking. Customers have can avail 3 percent discount and a facility to make the payments in 24 monthly installments.
If the customers paid 20 percent of the price, they can pay 10 percent within the 6 months and clear the remaining 70 percent in installments in 72 months.
“The scheme is valid for a month, starting from March 3. If customers book a house within this period, they will not be returned empty handed,” said Gurung.
The company has also arranged a financing facility under which, said Naresh Shanker Palikhe, chairman of Roadshow Real Estate, the customers can get loans at 9 percent interest per annum.
“The interest rate we are offering is almost half of the prevailing home loans rates charged by commercial banks,” Palikhe said at a press meet on Wednesday.
