Comfort Housing together with Baba Housing has announced booking open for its new project - Comfort Residency located at Nagpokhari, Naxal.

According to the developers, Comfort Residency will spread over 11 ropani 6 aana (about 5,786 square meters) and will have two residential blocks of 11-storey buildings. All together, the blocks will have 72 apartment units, including 46 apartments in the first tower and 28 in the second.

Apartments at Comfort Residency will be spacious, equipped with all amneities and luxurious. Its two-bedroom apartment will spread in an area over 1,450 square feet. Three-bedroom apartments will stretch cover 1,779 - 2,464 square feet and duplex bedrooms will be of up to 2,692 square feet.

The cost of apartments at the ground floor stands at Rs 8,300 per square feet, and the price will go up by 1 percent for every rise in the floor. The Residency will have facilities like swimming pool, gym club, community hall, basement parking, space for pool, generator backup for community space, children´s play area and community office room, among other things.It will be completed within 30 months.

Comfort Housing had previoualy developed stand-alone houses and apartments in different places of Kathmandu Valley such as Lazimpat, Budhanilkantha and Sitapaila.
