Downtown Housing Company has introduced discount scheme for apartment buyers on the occasion of Dashain and Tihar.

According to the company, it has offered up to Rs 3.6 million discount in apartment price and loan facility in 10-12 per cent interest rate. It has been developing 210 apartments in Khulmaltar of Lalitpur district. Construction of the apartment has completed around 80 per cent and the company is planning to hand over the apartments in mid-July 2013.
