1 lakh for home* in Kathmandu,New Scheme from Westar Propeties

Westar Properties Pvt Ltd has come up with ‘Mauka Ma Chauka’ a sales promotion scheme for Westar Residency. Under the scheme, interested buyers of any of the apartments can take part by depositing Rs 1,00,000 for booking. A buyer among the 50 will win an apartment through a lucky draw. Westar Properties — a member of Golyan Group — has already started the construction of Wester Residency value apartments at Balkumari, one of the prime areas in close proximity to the Patan city core, airport, hospitals and education foundations. The construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2012.
