Seventy-five percent of the apartments of Soaltee City Apartment at Rabibhawan have already been booked.According to the developers , apartments with single, double and triple bedrooms have already been booked and that the company has also opened the bookings for the remaining apartments.
At a function organized in the capital to lay the foundation stone for the apartment, the developers told that the building with 250 apartments will have four towers.
Hundred first floor apartments have already been booked.
The apartments that sprawl over an area of 19 ropanies will have wide range of facilities such as swimming pool, jogging area, children's park, among others.
Customers can book the apartments at Soaltee City by making a 10 percent payment. The apartments with an area of 380 to 1160 square feet are priced between Rs. 1.99 million to 6.2 million.
