Guna Colony Pvt Ltd announced two of its latest projects, GN apartment and Fohora Complex, which are under construction amidst a programme held here on March 30.

"In line with our aim to introduce new projects every year, this year we have luxurious apartments with attractive packages to offer our customers," says Rajendra Shakya, executive chairman of Guna Colony Pvt Ltd. According to him, though housing and real estate sector has been affected by liquidity crunch, they are offering economical packages.

For instance, the colony is offering a flat which would actually cost Rs 3.2 million for only Rs 1.7 through their innovative marketing strategy.GN apartment is spread over 14 ropanis of land in Gwarko. It will house 540 apartments, with each apartment allotted 535 square feet.The stipulated time for completion is two years.

"Customers who make a lump sum deposit of Rs 2.4 million will own the flat after three years and even get Rs 700,000 rebate," adds Shakya.

Similarly, Fohora Complex is under construction at Durbar Marg, which is a fivestoried building that will house 54 shops.
