Nepal Construction Exhibition and Federation of Contractor´s Association of Nepal (FCAN) on Sunday opened bookings of stalls for Nepa Construction Expo 2013.
The expo will be held in Kathmandu from August 23 to 26 with the objective of promoting the construction sector.
According to the organizers, the exhibition will be of international standard and will bring domestic as well as overseas firms under one roof, showcasing latest technology, materials and services available in the industry.
"The exhibitors will comprise business firms, contractors, electrical and other consultants, manufacturers and supplies of machinery and construction materials, safety, rescue and firefighting equipment suppliers, and bank and insurance, among others," Ram Sharan Deuja, team leader of the organizer, told a press meet organized here on Sunday. He further added that more than four new products will also be launched during the expo.
