Brihat Investments (BI) has for the first time introduced Community Rental Home by Owner (CRBO) in the Kathmandu valley with an objective to providing luxurious rental stay in community living units. The CRBO service is available at Sitapaila, Budhanilkhantha and Thaiba.

“We have introduced CRBO targeting vacationers from around the world, Non-Resident Nepalese (NRNs) and expatriates to provide our customers short and long term rental stay in community living units,” said Maharjan.

The company has introduced a promotional price for fully furnished rooms with well-equipped kitchen that have modern accessories and amenities.

At Sitapaila Apartments customers can rent single-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments at $39, $49 and $59 a day, respectively.

Similarly, for standalone homes at Budhanilkantha customers have to pay $79 per day and for Thaiba customers have to pay $49 and $59 per day depending upon the number of rooms.

“However, if customers book an apartment or a standalone home on a monthly basis, they will get at a subsidized rate and can be booked for up to 3 months,” informed Neena Maharjan, assistant marketing officer at Brihat Investments. According to her, Sitapaila Apartments is available on rent on monthly basis for $799, $899 and $999 for single-bed, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments respectively. Similarly, standalone homes at Budhanikantha are available for $1,199 per month and at Thaiba for $899 and $999 per month depending on number of rooms.

With the introduction of CRBO, Brihat Investments has expanded its entrepreneurship into service industry. The community facility for both apartments and standalone homes includes 24-hour security, well-equipped gym, well-maintained swimming pool, properly maintained landscapes and fire escapes.

Besides, amenities like electricity back-up, hot water system, Euroguard drinking water, living, dining and kitchen with full-furnishing, each unit with at least 2 bathrooms, fire extinguishers, terraces and verandas for scenic view, laundry machine? and? housekeeping service are available at both apartments and standalone homes. Likewise, equipment like fan or air-conditioner, heater, TV in living room, DVD with home theater system, Internet connectivity, and gas stove is available.

The concept of CRBO will be helpful to families visiting Nepal to spend time together with plenty of private space.According to BI, whether one is seeking rest and relaxation or a little romance, one can stay in a space of ones own at CRBO with no interruptions as if living in own home.
