Civil Estates - an ancillary of Civil Group -- said on Tuesday that it had received bookings for all the spaces at its new project Civil Trade Centre.
“We have received full booking for shops, offices and all spaces at Civil Trade Centre - a new concept business complex at Sundhara,” Ichhya Raj Tamang, president of Civil Groups said in a statement.“We have introduced a new concept of selling spaces rather than providing them on rent.”
Civil Estates had announced that it would accept bookings only on Tuesday.Tamang also announced the opening of the booking of Civil Luxury Resident, which Civil Estates is developing near the Civil Trade Centre.“We will handover all the booked spaces at Civil Trade Centre to buyers,” the statement said, adding, “No space will be provided on rent or lease.”
The 10-storied business complex will have 146 shops from ground floor to fifth floor. The other floors offices, game parlors, revolving restaurant, roof top restaurant and two cinema halls.
The complex is expected to come into operation within 18 months.The spaces were priced between Rs 18,000 to Rs 30,000 per square foot.
