A new concept business complex in Sundhara -- Civil Trade Centre -- developed by Civil Estates Pvt. Ltd has announced the sales and booking of spaces on jan 18.

The complex being constructed with the total investment of Rs. 2.24 billion has already been able to attract 20 percent of bookings prior to the announcement for formal booking.The 10 storied complex will take the retail markets a notch above with corporate office and retail showrooms under same roof. The spaces will be sold for Rs. 30,000 per square foot on the ground floor and Rs. 18,000 per square foot on the eight floor.The business complex will feature double basement parking with a total area of 42,182 square foot capable of accommodating 146 four-wheelers. The complex will include altogether 143 shops from the ground floor to fifth floor. The area from fifth floor to seventh floor will be handed over to offices and game parlors.

The complex will also have a multiplex with two cinema halls and entertainment areas such as rooftop restaurant in the eight and the ninth floor and revolving restaurant in the 10th Floor.
