Downtown apartments launched

Downtown Apartment developed by Downtown Housing Company Private Limited has been officially launched from Friday. To mark the launching, Downtown Apartment -- located at Khumaltar in Lalitpur, 700 meters away from Satdobato Chowk, Downtown is offering 1-bedroom apartments at Rs 1,799,000, 2-bedroom apartments at Rs 2,999,000 and 3-bedroom apartments at Rs. 3,999,000. The opening offer also has the attraction of zero percent interest on EMI.

The official launch is a three-day event that is being organized from May 21-23 at Downtown´s corporate office at Jawalakhel. Downtown offers 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom options along with Penthouse and Studio apartments.
