Due to high demands for apartments, the builders of Eastern Apartments have begun the application process to select the buyers.
The builders have opened the booking for only 348 of the total 448 apartments. However, within the first five days of the opening, 50 per cent of apartments were booked and the number of booking requests from prospective buyers surged, prompting the builders to put all 448 apartments on sales.
Pressured by the growing demand, the builders had to request the interested buyers to submit application forms along with an a/c payee cheque of Rs 10,000. They will allot a flat to the selected buyers within 30 days. “We’ll return the deposit amount adding 12 per cent interest to those who could not be allotted any apartment,” they have claimed. The completed application forms along with cheques can be dropped at their main office in Shantinagar or at the apartment site in Kaushaltar, they informed.
