Get up to 60 percent loan when buying a house

NRB has made arrangements to take loan up to 60 percent by increasing the home loan limit. Nepal Rastra Bank has made such arrangement by making public the monetary policy of the current fiscal year. For the housing project under construction approved by the Government of Nepal and for the construction of the first house, the limit of loan security value ratio will be fixed at 60 percent.

Earlier, the bank had made arrangements to get 50 percent loan in Kathmandu Valley and 60 percent outside Kathmandu Valley.
