Greenhill City's new scheme

Greenhill City has started a new scheme named "Badhcha Hai!" from Tuesday.

Under the scheme, Greenhill City will keep the price of its houses and land plots unchanged for a limited period of time period regardless of the rise in value of land plots in other areas.

"After the stipulated time, the price will increase due to the natural price appreciation in the real-estate market and the growth in the value of Greenhill City property," the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
