After the grand success of Homeland Magazine, Homeland Media Pvt. Ltd is starting the first Real Estate Award in Nepal, “Homeland Real Estate Award 2070”. The award program is an outspread platform to integrate the large number of real estate developers, real estate agent, bank and financial institutions, insurance companies and service providers and share elaborated details of their organization and services. Driven by positive growth in the economy, real estate in Nepal is booming. The industry has marked a 30% annual growth with an overwhelming progress in residential and commercial properties. The construction sector accounts for nearly 4-6% of Nepal's GDP and is emerging as one of the key growth segments in the economy.
