> The location plan of the proposed house, the photography/s, copy of approved map, copy of blue print of land, copy of land certificate, and copy of house owner/house owner's legal heir's citizenship certificate is to be submitted along with the proposal.
> If the proposed space is in 1st floor, there must be a room of 5ft x 10 ft (tentative) at ground floor for ATM.
> The proposed building should be joined with main road or the main face of the building should be road facing.
> There should be sufficient parking space for vehicles as well as space for keeping Gen set.
> The contact address and telephone number should be mentioned in the proposal.
> Bank reserves the right to cancel all or any proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever.
"House rent proposal" and "General Administration Department" must be mentioned in envelop.
