Kathmandu: Nepal Land and Housing Developers’ Association (NHLDA) is organising Panchakanya Real Estate Expo-2011 in the Capital. The second edition of the expo, starting August 25, will see 180 stalls. The display is expected to provide information about real estate products such as apartments, housing and land to the people. “Amid slump in the realty business, the expo is expected to boost public confidence in the sector,” said NHLDA President Ichchha Raj Tamang. “We are also offering consultancy service to our customers on realty transactions through banking channels,” Tamang said. The four-day event is expected to see more than 50,000 visitors.
