THE FIRST 3D INTERIOR DESION COMPETITION
The first 3D render interior design competition seeks to celebrate outstanding, innovative interior design/interior architecture that encourages new ideas and techniques in the design and for nation of interior space in Nepal.

The winner of the competition will be provided with:
> extensive and exclusive marketing and communication services to promote the success of winning.
> will appear on magazines, newspaper, webzines and many other publishing mediums.
> Will be provided with cash prize of NRs 50,000 for each category and will be given one year subscription of Spaces magazines.
> design will be submitted to THE BEST OF ASIA PACIFIC DESIGN AWARDS 2018, organized by INTERNATIONAL INTERIOR DESIGN ASSOCIATION (IIDA) Chicago, USA.
> winning entries will be published in an issue of Spaces magazine, on the IDN website, and in the official Winners Brochure.

IDN 3D RENDER INTERIOR DESIGN COMPETITION GUIDELINES 
Who Should Enter?
Any interior designer, interior architect or architect may submit a design project(s). Two kinds of submission can be done: 1 Inbuilt projects 2 Designs of your own. The design project(s) must be located in Nepal (only for inbuilt projects), however the design firm may be located anywhere. The design project(s) must have been completed in or after July 2016 (only for inbuilt projects).

Submissions
To enter a project into this competition, you will need to prepare and submit:
> Your contact information including name, address, phone number and email.
> Your design project’s information including name and location. (only for inbuilt projects)
> 250-word max description of the project challenges and a 250-word max description of specific solutions to project challenges. (only for inbuilt projects)
> 7-10 color images (JPG or JPEG under 1MB each) of your project - only one (1) exterior image permitted - and a maximum of 3 floor plans.
> All submissions will be done electronically. No hard copy submissions will be accepted.

> Corporate Space Small (under 1,000 square meters)
> Education (elementary/secondary educational facilities, colleges/universities)
> Entertainment (casinos, performing arts centers, sports arenas, theatres)
> Healthcare (hospitals, outpatient clinics, medical facilities)
> Hotels
> Institutional (cultural, government/municipal spaces, libraries, religious spaces)
> Public Spaces & Commercial Lobbies
> Residences Large (95 square meters and above)
> Residences Small (under 95 square meters)
> Restaurants, Lounges & Bars
> Retail (stores, boutiques)
> Sales Centers & Show Flats
> Showrooms & Exhibition Spaces
> Spas, Fitness Centers, & Gymnasiums


Pricing
The cost to enter is NRS 100 per entry for IDN Members and NRS 200 per entry for non-IDN Members.

Judging
The winning design projects are chosen by a jury of design professionals. Entry submissions will be judged on the appropriateness of the design solution and the successful integration of the elements of design, as well as excellence in aesthetics, design, creativity, space uses, user friendliness, emotional expects, innovations and function.
A maximum of two winners will be selected. It is at the jurors' discretion to not select a winner in each category.1 Selected by the IDN jury members 2 People's Choice Awards.
