Brihat Community Living-Sitapaila

Brihat Community Living – Ramkot (Sitapaila) is Nepal’s first eco – friendly community living. Our project incorporates a range of eco – friendly products and concepts. Its main features include:

1. Solar electricity provision – for street lights
2. Rain water recharge for water conservation
3. Proper garbage disposal system for waste reduction

Project Status:  Already Residing and Construction Phase

Just 2.4 km from Ring Road SitapailaChowk.Location is pre-defined as residential area with South oriented land and Aesthetically pleasing hilly backdrop.
Already 40 families have moved in and our community has started operating. Currently 30 units available for sale.
