Since our inception from 2065 B.S. we want you to be part of our future. Shivam Housing with over more than 40 team members were registered in a real estate business in 2069 B.S. After running successful projects in dealing with land real estate in Jhapa and individual houses in Kathmandu we are now here with the first ever smart housing m in Jhapa with two ongoing projects Sugam colony and Harihar colony.

Sugam colony, located in Harkalal Marga, the heart of Birtamode is 1.8 km away from Mahendra Highway which occupies the total land 1 Bigha 15 Kattha 6 Dhur.
